About The Role Lead the development and implementation of the Ethical and Compliance Plan, including Conflicts of Interest, Whistleblowing, Modern Slavery, and Third-Party Risk. Provide strategic advice on Compliance risks and develop risk control metrics. Manage external reporting on Modern Slavery and create e-learning modules. Organize and lead the Modern Slavery Committee and participate in the ESG Committee. Support investigations and ensure appropriate outcomes. Assist with governance, risk, and compliance reporting and manage the Pacific policy framework. Contribute to enterprise risk assessments and key projects for the Pacific business. About You Extensive experience in Ethics and Compliance within a large multinational. Strong understanding of compliance risks, controls, and mitigation strategies, including Data Privacy, sanctions, FCPA, Anti-corruption, and AML. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Technologically savvy with an automation mindset. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, organization, and report-writing skills. Proactive and solutions-focused approach. Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred but not required. What's in it for you?
