This role is critical in ensuring seamless order management, logistics coordination, and high-quality service to their partners.The RoleReporting to the Director, this role will be responsible for:Maintaining client databases and ensuring accurate entry of order, cost, and pricing information.Preparing and updating price lists across multiple currencies.Liaising with clients to confirm product requirements and processing orders for international supply.Assisting in container planning and coordinating shipments in collaboration with logistics partners, warehouses, and clients.Managing order fulfilment and delivery schedules across all product lines.Overseeing and maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and supporting financial documentation.Supporting business operations by arranging meetings, trials, and maintaining mailing lists.Your Background2+ years' experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain support, ideally within FMCG or beverages.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to manage both internal and external relationships.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to problem-solve and resolve issues quickly.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
