Job Description
* Collaboration with business leaders to develop strategic financial plans, performance reporting and operational metrics
* Develop and integrate scenario planning capabilities to understand impact of decisions and provide insights that drive business improvement
* Deliver robust business case proposals for investment and growth
* Direct quarterly forecasting processes, applying financial expertise to deliver detailed impact analyses and commercial insights
* Conducting financial analysis and forecasting for the Property department
* Providing insightful financial reports to guide business decisions
* Advising on cost control and profitability enhancement strategies
* Supporting the implementation of strategic business initiatives
* Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
* Contributing to the ongoing improvement of financial processes and systems
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Business Partner should have:
* Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the Property industry
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
* Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams
* Proficiency in financial reporting and forecasting tools

This is a long term fixed term role for a minimum of 12 months with a reputable and renowned business operating in the construction sector. As an FP&A Business Partner, you will be working closely with business leaders to develop strategic financial plans, performance reporting and operational metrics.
