The successful candidate will assist senior spray painters with daily tasks, learn the techniques and processes of professional spray painting, and develop their skills in surface preparation, paint mixing, and application.

**Responsibilities:**
* Assist senior spray painters with daily operations and tasks
* Learn and master the techniques and processes of professional spray painting
* Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning
* Mix and apply paints, lacquers, and other finishes
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment
* Adhere to all health and safety protocols
**Requirements:**
* Genuine interest and enthusiasm for the automotive trades industry
* Basic knowledge or experience in automotive spray painting or a related field
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
