Real Estate Researcher and Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Researcher and Analyst to identify high-growth suburbs, source on- and off-market properties, and support both investors and owner-occupiers nationwide.
This role involves research using various tools such as HTAG, Archistar, Pricefinder, and Microburbs to identify emerging suburbs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining an agent database using Monday.com, coordinating inspections, and communicating with the team as needed.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in real estate, sourcing, or property research. They must be data-driven, with strong attention to detail and confident communication skills. Familiarity with Monday.com, property platforms, and content tools is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research high-growth areas using tools like HTAG, Archistar, Pricefinder, and Microburbs
* Source strategic investment and owner-occupier properties (both on and off-market)
* Build and maintain an agent database (using Monday.com)
* Coordinate inspections and communicate with the team as needed
* Request rental appraisals from property managers
* Assist with due diligence and value-add analysis
* Develop and maintain relationships with agents
Requirements:
* At least 1 year experience in real estate, sourcing, or property research
* Data-driven with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator skilled in building relationships
* Familiar with Monday.com, property platforms, and content tools
