Requirements:
* Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for IVR systems based on functional specifications.
* Conduct end-to-end testing of IVR applications, including menu navigation, call flow, data integration, and user prompts.
* Record and document bugs, issues, and inconsistencies identified during testing sessions.
* Perform regression testing for system updates and changes.
* Validate integration points with CRM, databases, and other backend systems.
* Collaborate with development and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve IVR issues.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and client requirements.
* Prepare detailed test reports and provide feedback for system improvements.
* Stay updated on IVR technologies and testing best practices.
Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on other technologies.
* Experience with software development methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and participating in code reviews.
Day-to-Day Activities:
* Participating in daily stand-up meetings and project planning sessions.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions.
* Writing, testing, and deploying software solutions.
* Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to other team members.
* Staying current with the latest technology trends and advancements.
* Providing technical support to team members and resolving technical issues.
