Store Leadership Opportunities

We are inviting expressions of interest from accomplished retail leaders for several Team Manager opportunities across Australia and New Zealand. This is a unique opportunity to join an iconic Maison and help shape the future of the Louis Vuitton client experience across the region.

At Louis Vuitton, our Store leadership structure is collaborative and intentionally flat, designed to give leaders meaningful ownership and impact. While the Team Manager title may differ from traditional retail hierarchies, the scope of the role is significant.

Each Team Manager leads a key product universe or category within the Store, often representing a multi-million dollar business, with responsibility for commercial performance, client development, and team leadership. Working alongside the Store Director and leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving results while cultivating a culture of excellence on the Store floor.

Many of our Team Managers join from roles such as Senior Store Manager, Area Manager, or multi-site leadership positions within luxury or premium retail. What unites them is a passion for people development, client excellence, and commercial leadership, combined with the ambition to build a long-term career within Louis Vuitton and the wider LVMH ecosystem.

As a Team Manager, you will lead with presence, purpose, and ambition, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results while creating a warm, collaborative, and high-performing environment that reflects the Maison's standards of excellence, authenticity, and distinction.

Profile

You are a distinguished retail leader with a passion for people development and client experience.

You bring:

* Proven leadership experience within luxury, premium or fast-paced retail environments
* A strong commercial mindset, with experience driving sales performance and achieving business objectives
* Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams, fostering engagement and growth
* Confidence navigating dynamic retail environments with agility, autonomy, and strategic thinking
* A passion for craftsmanship, storytelling, and delivering memorable client journeys

Candidates may currently be working as a Senior Store Manager, Area Manager, or experienced retail leader within premium brands.
