We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team supporting participants across the Northern Territory.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives while working in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals living with disability, assisting them to live independently and engage with their community.
Duties may include:
* Community access and social support
* Personal care assistance
* Transport to appointments and activities
* Daily living support
* Capacity building and skill development
* Supporting independence and wellbeing
* Documentation and progress notes

Essential Requirements
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Working With Children Check (Ochre Card – NT)
* First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Valid Driver’s Licence
* Reliable vehicle (preferred)
* Strong communication skills
* Genuine passion for supporting people
Desirable
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or similar
* Experience supporting participants with complex needs
* Experience in community participation or behavioural support
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $45.00 per hour
