As a Permanent Part-Time Sales Team Member, you will drive store success through outstanding customer service and a passion for selling. Responsibilities include maximizing sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting daily operations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
ROSTER
This role offers permanent fixed shifts on a rotating roster, providing stability while offering flexibility to balance your personal and professional life.
- Position One:
- Roster week 1: Wednesday 11am–2pm, Thursday 11am–2pm, Friday 11am–2pm, Saturday 11:15am–2:15pm (12hrs).
- Roster week 2: Monday 11am–2pm, Tuesday 11am–2pm, Thursday 2:45pm–5:45pm, Saturday 8:45am–11:45pm (12hrs).
- Position Two:
- Roster week 1: Monday 11am–2pm, Tuesday 11am–2pm, Thursday 2:45pm–5:45pm, Saturday 8:45am–11:45am (12hrs).
- Roster week 2: Wednesday 11am–2pm, Thursday 11am–2pm, Friday 11am–2pm, Saturday 11:15pm–2:15pm (12hrs).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales by achieving daily and team sales targets through effective customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and fitting room assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain and replenish stock efficiently to ensure a well-stocked, visually appealing store.
- Support visual merchandising and layout changes to uphold store presentation standards.
- Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures and team management (supervisory role).
