Overview
We are seeking candidates wanting to work in a mining support service (not on a mine site) for our well known client.
MUST be motivated, fit and pro-active individuals who are seeking an prospect to develop their skill base in a processing environment.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day responsibilities include packaging explosive material and ability to lift 25 kg boxes on a regular basis.
- Pick and Packing
- Dispatching of products
- Fixed plant processing
- Quality control
- General cleaning duties
- Ensuring a safe working environment
Work Schedule
- Monday - Friday / Occasional Saturday
- 9-10 hour days
- Week 1 shift - 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Week 2 shift - 10:00am - 8:00pm
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, D&A; screen and clean national police clearance
- Own transport and driver's licence
- Previous processing environment work is advantageous
- Willingness to reside in Kalgoorlie on a long-term basis for long-term employment
