Workshop Management Role
This role involves managing daily tasks, prioritizing repair orders, and assisting with technical problem-solving.
* Manage productivity and efficiency for a team of technicians.
* Prioritize tasks to ensure on-time completion.
* Assist with troubleshooting complex issues.
* Communicate additional work required to the Service Team.
* Ensure accurate completion of repair orders for warranty procedures.
* Maintain workshop tools and equipment; adhere to safety protocols.
* Coordinate parts orders and notify the Service Advisor if delays are expected.
* Address repeat repairs by correcting issues and preventing future comebacks.
This is a hands-on role that requires effective task management and strong technical skills.
