Assistant Store Manager Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, managing store operations, and leading high-performing teams.


* Focusing on customer satisfaction by maintaining high levels of product knowledge and providing exceptional customer service.
* Managing daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
* Liaising with the Store Manager to set sales targets, develop business strategies, and implement action plans to achieve them.
* Maintaining accurate records of sales data, stock levels, and staff performance using standard reporting systems.




Required Skills & Qualifications:


To succeed in this role you must have:


* A minimum 3 years experience in a similar retail leadership position;
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams;
