About the team and role
Our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) division guides and amplifies Bendigo Bank's story to our people, customers, communities and shareholders. This permanent full-time position provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the leadership team, with core tasks including:
* Organising meetings, workshops and events
* Managing document control, information tracking and action monitoring
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Monitoring staff feedback and engagement
* Maintaining the BMC SharePoint site
* Assisting with divisional planning activities
* Supporting team communication initiatives
* Acting as a key contact point for team members
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and coordination support to the leadership team
* Ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the BCM leadership
What you'll bring to the role
* Proven experience in a similar coordination or administrative role, ideally within a marketing or communications environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly SharePoint
* Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
* Experience with event planning and management

Location and work arrangement
This role can be based in Adelaide, Bendigo, Sydney or Melbourne. We offer flexible work options with a hybrid model and a minimum requirement of 60% in the office per week.
