The Role
We are seeking an experienced Associate or junior Senior Associate to join our busy Sydney competition and disputes practice. You will work within a collegiate and supportive environment, closely with senior practitioners, and have the opportunity for career development through handling a broad spectrum of competition and consumer law matters, including litigation, regulatory investigations, and commercial disputes.
Who We Are Looking For
Candidates should have between 5 and 8 years PQE with demonstrable litigation experience. Essential abilities include delivering high-quality legal services, maintaining client relationships, supporting team goals, and participating in professional development. Litigation experience should include briefing counsel, drafting legal documents, and communicating complex arguments clearly. Strong research skills and the ability to provide concise advice are also required.
