This is not a typical technician role; it's a logistical and remote support challenge where you are the nerve centre for critical operations across the vast Australian outback. What you’ll be doing: Remotely diagnosing ATM faults and guiding on-the-ground contacts through fixes over the phone. Coordinating all "weird" logistics for parts and technicians, using everything from barges to charter planes. Staging, preparing, and testing ATM machines for deployment from the Brisbane workshop. Mentoring, managing, and teaching a trainee technician. What you'll bring to the team: Proven experience with ATM hardware (Hyosung is a bonus, but any brand is valued). A background in logistics, field service coordination, or remote operational support is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to calmly guide non-technical people through complex tasks. A mature, logical, and unflappable approach to problem-solving under pressure.
