Ashurst Reach Legal Consultant – Banking & Finance Lawyer - Sydney

* You are an experienced financial services lawyer
* You have transactional banking and payments products experience, in particular in respect of products offered to government, large corporate and small business customers
* You have experience drafting and negotiating Agreements, Deeds and NDA's
* You have experience advising on contract lifecycle queries (ie. amending, terminating, signing and interpretation etc)
* You are comfortable handling some product advisory matters (eg. product manager queries and product collateral reviews)
* You are a confident communicator with the ability to assist business stakeholders
* You have the ability to take matters forward independently and are comfortable asking for assistance when required
* You are comfortable working with paralegals on basic contractual matters
* You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
* You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise
* You have a minimum of 5 years' experience
* You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
* You have a current practising certificate
* You have the right to live and work in Australia
