Clinical Nurse Educator Opportunity
As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of nurses by combining your clinical expertise with exceptional teaching skills.
This leadership position involves providing hands-on educational support and clinical teaching to graduate nurses & students. Your primary goal is to promote evidence-based nursing care, ensuring staff compliance with Mandatory Training and eLearning components.
You will be responsible for attending policy meetings, ward meetings, and bi-monthly Education Meetings. This role offers an opportunity to work in a world-class private hospital that attracts patients from across the Northern Territory, Western Australia, remote Aboriginal communities, and even offshore.
* AHPRA Registration
* Post Graduate Certificate in related specialty area
* Certificate IV Workplace Assessment & Training (TAE) (or working towards)
* Educator experience in a similar role
* eLearning platform experience
* High degree of computer literacy including MS Office
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Successful applicants will receive a salary based on years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and Darwin Private Hospital - Nurses and Midwives - Enterprise Agreement ($57.97 per hour).
