Your Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Venue Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the café, including ordering, stock control, and rostering
* Foster a positive team culture aligned with our brand values
* Assist in managing labour and sales budgets effectively
* Identify opportunities to boost sales and enhance the customer experience
* Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and presentation in the café
You'll Be Perfect for This Role If You Have:
* A passion for coffee, food and people
* At least three years of experience in a similar role
* Strong customer service and barista skills
* Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership abilities
