Right now, we are looking for a Communications Advisor to support our General Manager - Communications & PR.
**_ So, what does this opportunity look like? _**
You'll take on a challenging and rewarding role working across a wide portfolio in a company that is dynamic, exciting and fast paced. No two days are the same! Our communications team is responsible for maintaining SkyCity's corporate reputation and brand, working across corporate communications, public relations, risk and issues management and internal communications.
You'll be writing stories, supporting with media enquiries, hosting media and stakeholders at times, leveraging our various sponsorships - both sporting and charitable providing publicity for the many events on site, preparing daily reports on SkyCity's media coverage and finding new and exciting ways to promote SkyCity Adelaide as an entertainment destination.
**_ What will you look like?_**
You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and diverse environment. A strong, level-headed attitude and ability to multi-task and work across a wide range of opportunities is essential, as is a willingness to learn and a good understanding of media landscape.
You'll be a positive self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills as from time to time you'll need to interact at all levels of our business. Seeking out and managing PR opportunities as well as creating strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders and media will be crucial to your success.
