ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Territory Manager to join our Artisan Division based at our Cairns depot. This role focuses on managing an established customer portfolio while identifying and onboarding new business opportunities to drive growth across foodservice and retail channels.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing foodservice and retail customers
* Identify, develop, and onboard new business opportunities within the territory
* Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
* Build strong, long-term customer relationships through regular engagement
* Represent artisan and specialty food brands with passion and product knowledge
* Plan and manage territory activity efficiently and autonomously
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
* Experience working within foodservice (former chef or pastry chef highly regarded)
* A strong desire to succeed in a growing, entrepreneurial business

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* The ability to work collaboratively while also managing your territory independently
* Proactive problem-solving skills and a creative, solutions-focused approach

* A valid driver's licence
* Intermediate computer and word-processing skills
