What you'll be doing
Pour, level, and finish concrete into precast moulds with accuracy and attention to detail
Use hand and power tools to assemble, set up, and strip moulds efficiently
Prepare materials, equipment, and workstations to support daily production requirements
Maintain clean, organised work areas and ensure tools and equipment are in good condition
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe, productive team environment
What we're looking for
Experience in precast concrete or similar labouring roles is a plus
Gantry crane experience highly valued
Physically fit with the stamina for hands-on, repetitive tasks
Must hold a valid White Card (Construction Induction Card)
Current driver's licence and reliable transport are essential
Willing and able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
