Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Professional to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.
* Your primary responsibility will be to maintain high standards of cleanliness in all allocated guest rooms.
* You will be required to restock and clean the housekeeping trolley and check and restock room supplies as needed.
Responsibilities
Housekeeping Tasks
The following tasks are essential to this role:
* Servicing all allocated guest rooms in accordance with brand standards.
* Restocking and cleaning the housekeeping trolley.
* Checking and restocking room supplies.
* Maintaining the cleanliness of guest corridors.
Guest Services
In addition to housekeeping tasks, you will also be expected to:
* Anticipate and respond to guest needs in a professional and welcoming manner.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A warm and caring personality.
* Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
* An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organizational skills and time management.
* Physical fitness and the ability to perform cleaning tasks.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
