About The Role
This role is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.
About You
* Customer service experience (in a retail environment would be advantageous)
* A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships
* An obvious love for fashion, styling, and trends within the industry
* Thrive on teamwork and collaboration
* Are goal-oriented and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs
* Ability to prioritize tasks and expectations
* Impeccable personal presentation
* Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer-focused service, ensuring seamless transactions
* Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets
* Become an expert in product knowledge, fabrication, and personal styling to enhance the customer experience
* Stay informed about the latest products, enabling you to share valuable insights with customers
* Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures
* Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image
