Site Operations Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of site works on unique and exciting projects.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Site supervision of plant, labor, and subcontractors.
o Efficient planning and coordination of all site work.
o Documenting / reviewing / maintaining paperwork including Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), licenses, and tickets.
o Enforcing and demonstrating safe work practices in all site-related works.
o Ensuring that personnel is adequately trained and supported.
o Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer with site operations.
o Monitoring progress to meet targets.
About You
You will be an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager who has a background in delivering civil or environmental remediation projects.
* 5+ years experience delivering Civil or Remediation projects.
* Proven ability to undertake the role of Supervisor and manage sub-contractors.
* Strong people management and communication skills.
* Earthworks experience.
* Demonstrated ability to take a hands-on approach on site.
* Asbestos Supervisor ticket, advantageous but not essential.
* Plant Operation tickets, advantageous but not essential.
* Drivers license.
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
