Overview Of The Role

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist – Oncology Haematology, you will play a pivotal role in improving the quality and continuity of care for patients undergoing systemic treatment for cancer and other non‐malignant conditions. You will work collaboratively across various disciplines within the health service to ensure that all clients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as a vital resource for staff and patients in Oncology Haematology across the region.
* Provide comprehensive clinical coordination and specialist nursing knowledge within the organisation.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of best practice guidelines for cancer care.
* Mentor and support multi‐disciplinary services, promoting high standards of care.
* Lead quality improvement and risk management initiatives within Oncology and Haematology services.

Location

This position is located at the Kalgoorlie Health Campus, Kalgoorlie – Australia's largest Outback city, located 595 km east‐northeast of Perth.
