About this role
This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be facilitating and supporting clients with their personal care needs.
The successful candidate will provide behavioural support to participants with complex needs and ensure effective communication with their clinical support networks.
Additionally, you will be responsible for administering data entry and maintaining accurate records of participant case notes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualised support to clients with daily living tasks.
* Document and report client progress and any concerns.
* Maintain accurate records and confidentiality of client information.
Requirements:
* A current full Australian driver's licence.
* Meet the current COVID-19 vaccine requirement or have a medical exemption.
* Relevant NDIS/DHS checks and clearances.
* A current first aid certificate.
* A current manual handling certificate.
* A current child safe environments certificate.
