Are you an experienced Commercial/Industrial Property Manager looking to align yourself with one of the largest agencies in the Western Suburbs? Or are you an experienced residential Property Manager who is looking to upskill and transition over to the commercial market?
Our client is a highly established, full service Commercial real estate agency who are a dominant commercial business in Western Sydney that spans across multiple offices. Since their inception over 20 years ago, they have built a well-maintained, loyal portfolio; spanning industrial, retail and commercial managements. Reporting to the Director, they are now seeking an exceptional Commercial/Industrial Property Manager to oversee an exclusive portfolio of long-term owners.
**The Position**
- Manage a portfolio approx. 150 actual tenancies (mainly larger industrial properties and some high profile retail)
- Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage repairs and maintenance requests
- Conduct rental appraisals, rental increases, and lease renewals
- Minimise rental arrears and oversee insurance and compliance
- Conduct inspections of properties
- Follow up on warm leads for new business and meet with prospective landlords
**The Person**
- Previous experience in commercial/industrial asset management or an extensive background in residential property management (ideally minimum 5 years resi experience)
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate Licence
- Have drive, ambition, and a strong work ethic
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A natural rapport builder who can build long term relationships with all clientele
- Immaculate personal presentation is a given
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills and excellent time management capabilities
- You will ideally be a local to the Western Sydney region
