Our client is a well‐established logistics organisation specialising in multi‐sector warehousing and fulfilment solutions, supporting customers across eCommerce, Retail and FMCG environments. The Role
Reporting into senior regional leadership, the Business Development Director will be responsible for originating, structuring and closing complex warehousing and contract logistics solutions across Australia.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving new business development across eCommerce, Retail and FMCG sectors
* Leading end‐to‐end solution design in collaboration with operations, engineering and IT
* Developing strong relationships with enterprise customers and key stakeholders
* Representing the business at a senior, consultative level in the Australian market
This is a senior, growth‐critical position with high visibility and autonomy.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate is likely to have:
* Strong experience in Business Development or Commercial Leadership within Contract Logistics / 3PL
* Proven success selling warehousing, fulfilment and value‐added logistics solutions
* Exposure to eCommerce, Retail and FMCG supply chains
* Ability to lead complex commercial negotiations and solution‐based sales cycles
* A strategic, consultative selling approach rather than transactional sales
