Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A relevant tertiary qualification and minimum 10 years' work experience, including 3 years in a managerial capacity, within complex policy or advocacy environments.

* Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience managing teams and resources across multiple portfolios.

* Proven experience in policy development and program implementation, ideally within a complex, member-based, or stakeholder-rich environment.
