The Role
Front Office Receptionist
Discovery Parks Rockhampton is seeking a welcoming Front Office Receptionist to be the face of our park. You will provide excellent customer service, process guest check-ins and outs, make reservations, and complete day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high standard of customer service
Process guest check-ins and check-outs
Accurately use booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
Coordinate with Housekeeping team to track accommodation readiness
Supply guests with information about property and local attractions
Complete day-to-day office administration tasks
Maintain great working relationships with park staff, residents, and guests
Requirements
Previous Front Office experience in hospitality
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of RMS or similar system
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Accurately handle cash transactions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Enthusiastic, positive attitude
Flexible availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
Current driver's license
