The ideal candidate for this role should possess:
* A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to adapt to new situations
* A National Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
* NSW Working with Children Check
* Driver's Licence
* First Aid Certification (Valid within the last 12 months)
