SA-Cloak fast-paced Canberra Distribution Centre is on the hunt for experienced Warehouse Pickers and Packers for an ongoing work opportunity to join our ever-growing and successful team, distributing products to early learning, middle school and retail outlets (both on-line and in-store) nationwide.
**The Role**
We have several positions available for experienced warehouse and distribution personnel. We are looking for people with extremely high standard of organisational skills and attention to detail to exceed our expectations, ability to work in a team environment and follow direction and be work fit - this is a role where you are on your feet all day
What you will do:
- Storing and packing goods and materials in accordance with appropriate procedures and/or regulations
- Allocating (picking) and retrieving goods from specific warehouse areas
- Selecting orders and assembling goods
- Responsible for housekeeping in own work environment
- Periodic store checks
- Basic operation of VDU or similar equipment
- General warehouse labour
- Maintaining records
- Ability to follow WHS guidelines and operate safely in a fast-paced environment
Selection Criteria:
- Ability to follow WHS guidelines
- Ability to follow instructions
- Meet KPI targets once detailed training period is complete
- High degree of physical fitness
- Keen attention to detail
- Good work ethic and exceptional attendance is mandatory (must be available Monday to Friday)
- Ability to work autonomously and/or as part of team
- Good work history

**Salary**: $23.49 - $34.46 per hour
