About This Role
The Sales Estimating Administrator is a key member of the sales estimating team, responsible for ensuring accurate documentation and timely progress tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Verify documentation from the sales team to ensure accuracy
* Enter new jobs into BusinessCraft and track progress through detailed reporting
* Coordinate statutory reports from external consultants and suppliers
* Update the team on report readiness for assessment
* Allocate and monitor workflow tasks, identifying potential delays
* Store job-related documents in the system, adhering to document control procedures
* Distribute finalised documents to the sales team
* Support professional development with financial assistance for certifications
