Job Overview
The Program Support Officer is responsible for delivering support services in line with organisational objectives and customer service delivery needs.
Key tasks include program management, coordination of changes, communication, research, reporting, developing operational procedures, liaising with stakeholders and administrative activities.
* Provide support to the Manager in all areas of program management
* Coordinate and implement program changes in accordance with agreed procedures
* Work closely with front line teams to understand service delivery practicalities and identify program issues
* Develop policy, procedures and resources to support service delivery
* Support management and performance reporting activities to monitor program deliverables and client outcomes
* Initiate activities and interventions where gaps in the program or issues are identified
* Assist with the coordination and distribution of key communications
* Work and coordinate with stakeholders across business functions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in employment services or program management
* Ability to deal with complexity and exceptional problem-solving capability
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent time management and organisation
* High-level interpersonal skills, including stakeholder relationship management
* Current driver's licence and willingness to undertake intrastate/interstate travel as required
Desirable Requirements:
* Qualifications: Bachelor degree in business, management or similar
* Operational experience in employment services
