Details: The Health and Community Services Directorate (HCSD) has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Director to join our Recruitment team.
In this leadership role, you will drive recruitment and retention strategies with a focus on continuous improvement, provide expert advice on complex workforce matters to senior executives and oversee the development of strategic policies and programs.
You will represent HCSD at key forums, build strong partnerships across government, and with external stakeholders lead a dedicated team to deliver practical workforce solutions. This position will play a key role in shaping the future of recruitment at HCSD. Further detailed, information about the requirements of the role can be found in the position description.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:
* Qualifications and/or experience in human resources and recruitment, particularly in a public sector context is highly desirable.
