FULL TIME - Permanent and Fixed Term
Salary Guide: $110,000 - $130,000* (including all allowances) + 11.5% Superannuation *subject to finalisation of Enterprise Agreement
Location: Applicants must reside in or be willing to relocate to Geraldton

What is pool recruitment? Pool recruitment refers to a number of persons being selected by a panel as suitable to be considered for appointment to fill future permanent or temporary vacancies similar to the position advertised.
Due to changes in operational requirements and potential variations within the Operations team, MWPA is currently advertising a pool recruitment to fill both current and future vacancies in our Operations teams. This selection process will initially be used to fill any immediate vacancies. However, should additional positions become available, the pool will remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
We are seeking applications from candidates with experience in operational services to support MWPA operations in areas such as vessel mooring, pilot boat backfilling, bulk loading, port, wharf, and rail-related activities.
Essential Criteria
C Class Driver's Licence
Ability to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC)
Industry training and/or relevant experience in mining operations, port/marine operations, and/or rail operations.
Able to work shift work including night shift
Desirable Qualifications
Forklift and/or other High-risk work licences including crane, doggers riggers
Certificates in, Maritime Operations, Logistics, Mining, or General Purpose Hand
High-risk work licenses
Rail compliance training
