: The Administrative Support Officer has an integral role in ensuring the efficient and
effective coordination within the team and prepare correspondence as necessary.
Having a largely autonomous role and working closely with senior managers across the Division, the Administrative Support Officer prepares, monitors and updates correspondence to ensure due dates are met.
The Administrative Support Officer will liaise with other officers within the area, over the phone and in writing.
You will need excellent organisational and communication skills with an ability to understand the roles of EPSDD and other directorates and undertake and monitor workloads in a high-pressure environment.

Eligibility/other requirements : Experience researching and preparing written responses in relation to planning and/or building matters is highly desired.

This position is in a workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW).
Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
