* Property Manager - Tasks & responsibilities
* Professional management of the portfolio
* lease renewals, option renewals and rent reviews
* Following up rent arrears
* with managing maintenance
* Routine Inspections
* Co-ordinating property repairs and maintenance
* Correspondence between owners and tenants
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Administration work
* BDM - Tasks & responsibilities
* Business Development - Explore for new prospects within the current database and through effective networking; for instance, find new lead and referral sources, attend events, generate new lead opportunities and private networking.
* Establish and maintain a qualified pipeline of business.
* Manage a steady flow of leads by effectively using the leads that the company provides in a diligent manner.
* Client management - motivate and excite clients by showing them what they can achieve; they must have strong communication skills and natural emotional intelligence.
* Cold calling / database calls
* Observe the KPIs and targets you establish for each week and month.
* Use the business CRM to keep a complete, up-to-date record of all activities and achievements.
* Reporting and administration - strictly record all activities and provide weekly or as-needed reporting on the sales funnel.
* Present professionally, use your personality but always look immaculate and provide outstanding client service.
* Learn the research and be in a position to articulate our process and research to the market and clients.
* Assist the team with ad-hoc projects to further assist the business.
* Present yourself professionally, express yourself while maintaining impeccable appearance, and offer exceptional customer service.
* Being able to explain our approach and research to the market and clients requires knowledge of the research.
* Help the team with ad hoc tasks to help the company even more.
