We are looking for Breeder Catch Crewto join our team in Monarto. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the health and welfare of our poultry while supporting the day-to-day operations of our farm. If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a great team, and learning new skills, this could be the perfect role for you

Daily Tasks
General farm duties, including feeding and monitoring poultry
Checking and maintaining bird health and welfare
Cleaning and maintaining farm sheds and equipment
Monitoring and adjusting farm climate control systems
Assisting with bird transfers and other farm operations as needed
Day and afternoon shifts available (may include weekend work)
Allowances for relevant shift work and conditions
You will bring to this role

A strong focus on safety and animal welfare
Ability to perform manual labour in a farm environment
Own transport to and from the farm (as public transport is limited)
