The Role
* Oversee the entire lifecycle of an extensive property portfolio
* Address a variety of daily responsibilities both within and beyond the office
* Interact with tenants and property owners to achieve favorable outcomes
* Coordinate activities related to property maintenance
* Conduct regular, incoming, and final inspections
* Manage inquiries and correspondence
* Provide supplementary support for the effective management of qualified portfolios
Requirements
* A minimum of 6 months in property management
* A current Agent's Representative certificate
* A Car & Drivers Licence
* Proficiency in utilizing property management programs
* A positive mindset, a sense of humor, and adeptness in creative problem-solving
* Capability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet stringent deadlines
* Keen attention to detail
* Effective and empathetic communication skills
* Enthusiasm for learning and personal growth
