Are you a strategic thinker who can drive the management of short-term tactical horizons? We're seeking an experienced Replenishment Planner to join our Demand team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inventory levels and liaise with supply planners to ensure accurate levels are held to meet customer service levels.
* Lead the Integrated Business Management (IBM) cycle, ensuring issues and actions arising within the monthly business management cycle are managed to completion.
* Develop strong communication links with Demand and Supply Planning teams to ensure supply planning issues are captured and escalated where necessary.
* Coordinate, consolidate, resolve, and communicate short-term supply constraints through the Weekly Drumbeat Process.
* Maintain all relevant system data to required standards, including date validity, analysis, master data, and other data elements impacting on the planning process.
* Deliver timely fulfilment reports in a user-friendly format for stakeholders, demand and supply teams, and regional IBP teams.
Requirements:
* Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably in food or other dynamic industries.
* Experience within an IBM/S&OP environment.
* Experience in replenishment/demand/supply planning or similar functions.
* Ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and work under pressure.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* High proficiency in Excel.
* Growth mindset and positive attitude.
* Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
