You will utilize your industrial relations experience and insight to ensure sound and proactive industrial relations practices are maintained and aligned with our strategic objectives.
You will drive effective communication and engagement with employees while also supporting Enterprise Agreement negotiations. You will be responsible for the company-wide IR strategy, ensuring compliance with labour laws, fostering positive employee relations, and interfacing with all relevant unions to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and other relevant employment/industrial law, as well as substantial experience in dealing with unions and employee representatives.
