About the role:
Mexicam's is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Geelong, Victoria. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
What you'll be doing:
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests
* Motivating and leading a restaurant and venue team to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity
* Oversee and manage day-to-day venue operations
* Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, council regulations, food handling and OH&S regulations.
* Plan and conduct ongoing staff training
What we're looking for:
* Must have restaurant or bar management experience
* Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive, friendly demeanour
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Food safety and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) certification required
