About The Role
We are looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our fast‐growing team in VIC. As a Support Worker/Carer, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, helping them continue to live safely and independently at home.
The role requires 2 hours each week on Wednesdays from 12:30 to 14:30. The role offers flexible weekday timing, travel reimbursement, and company‐provided PPE.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide personal care: showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication prompts
* Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, shopping
* Offer social support and respite care
* Transport clients to appointments
* Maintain accurate care records
Your Background
The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
* National Police Clearance Certificate
* Current Australian Driver's Licence with registered vehicle and insurance
* Smartphone
* Organised, punctual, friendly, and genuinely caring
