We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to manage our portfolio of Strata and Community Titled properties.

This role is crucial in ensuring all legislative requirements are met, while providing professional customer service, guidance, and support to our valued clients and suppliers.

You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, serving as the designated contact point, providing unit owners with expert advice on legislation, and promptly answering client queries via phone and email.
">
* Chairing and minuting meetings (held at properties, in the office, and via Zoom)
* Developing and managing budgets
* Arranging and overseeing property maintenance
* Handling insurance claims
* Coordinating correspondence with clients and maintenance service providers
* FOLLOWING up on maintenance jobs and quotations
