Key Marketing Analytics Role
As a key contributor to the Marketing Analytics & Effectiveness team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting marketing-led consumer growth with advanced analytics.
Job Description:
This exciting opportunity exists as a key contributor within TPG Group's Marketing Analytics & Effectiveness team, reporting to the Group Marketing Effectiveness Lead. The role's main purpose is to support marketing investment and strategic decision making across marketing channels, campaigns, and other initiatives.
Deliver ongoing reporting of marketing ROI, effectiveness, portfolio, and related performance metrics to key stakeholders.
Oversee end-to-end warehousing, transformations, and reporting of marketing and business data pipelines in-line with TPG data governance processes.
Manage external data partners, ensuring accountability, timelines, and quality, particularly with TPG's Market-Mix Model supplier.
Embed the Market-Mix models to support growth - both internally within TPG and externally with partners such as media agencies and research providers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a marketing analytics role, successfully developing, optimising, and reporting advanced marketing analytics and portfolio insights.
* Demonstrated knowledge of the full marketing-mix funnel (traditional and digital).
* Expertise across or within areas of econometrics, data-science, and machine-learning engineering. Interest or experience in Market-Mix Modelling preferred.
* Familiarity with ETL tools e.g. PowerBI, Databricks, DBT, Teradata, Python.
