We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Administration Assistant for 6 months to play a key role in supporting daily operations, compliance processes, and exceptional customer service. 
The Role 
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the Gamma Biomedical team. 
- Manage emails, phone calls, and general correspondence with healthcare providers, suppliers, and internal staff. 
- Accurately process orders, invoices, and payments in line with company procedures. 
- Assist with prescription processing and maintain precise patient and clinic records (including immunotherapy and medicinal cannabis). 
- Maintain office systems, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. 
- Provide general office assistance and adhoc duties. 
The Successful Candidate 
- Proven administration experience (medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry background desirable). 
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. 
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-first approach. 
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
- Proficiency in Google G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, GMail). 
- Understanding of medical, pharmaceutical, compliance, or logistics processes will be highly regarded. 
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable. 
- Thrives in a small, collaborative team environment. 
- Professional and personable, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare providers and suppliers. 
- Comfortable adapting to new systems, regulatory requirements, and industry developments.
