We\'re looking for an experienced Sales, Marketing & Events Assistant to join our team—someone who can balance creative marketing with hands-on event coordination and sales support.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or events is required.
Australian citizenship is required for this position.

This part-time role requires flexible scheduling to accommodate varying business needs.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative marketing campaigns to boost awareness and drive bookings across Accommodation, Golf, F&B;, and Resort Events.
- Manage the resort\'s website, social media channels, and email marketing, ensuring all content is fresh, on-brand, and engaging.
- Create eye-catching content—especially for Facebook & Instagram Stories, Reels, and posts—to inspire and convert.
- Grow and engage our online community through proactive interaction and excellent communication.
- Track digital performance, report on KPIs, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- Events & Functions
- Support the Functions & Events Manager in planning and delivering events—from initial inquiry through to post-event follow-up.
- Liaise directly with clients to ensure seamless, personalised service and memorable experiences.
- Assist with setup, coordination, and on-the-day logistics as needed, some weekend and night shifts required.
- Ensure every guest interaction meets the resort\'s premium customer service standards.
- Assist with inbound sales inquiries across all departments (accommodation, golf, F&B;, functions).
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking data.
- Work with the broader team to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
