Office & Project Administrator | $70K + Super
A leading construction group is seeking an experienced Office & Project Administrator to join their team. This is a full‑time, permanent role offering stability, a supportive culture, and exposure to both office and project operations.
You’ll be the key link between the office and site teams, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and assisting with project administration. This role suits someone highly organised, detail‑oriented, and confident in managing multiple priorities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing office operations including reception, supplies, and registers.
- Coordinating training, PPE, uniforms, and onboarding processes.
- Assisting with document control and project administration tasks.
- Supporting contract administrators with measurements, purchase orders, and variations.
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for samples and deliveries.
- Maintaining filing systems and compliance registers.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in construction administration, project support, or document control.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Aconex or similar systems is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Current driver’s licence.
