About the opportunity
* Welcome visitors to the fully furnished display home
* Schedule appointments and manage day‐to‐day operations of the display home
* Support customers through the sales cycle from developing and qualifying leads to nurturing and closing
* Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to help customers make informed decisions
* Collaborate with the Building & Design Consultant to achieve sales and customer‐service objectives
* Ensure all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard and within required timeframes
About you
* Outgoing personality with exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Passion for home design and living spaces
* Customer service and sales experience in big‐box retail, service or related industry
* Ability to engage with team members and work collaboratively toward achieving individual and team goals
* Strong systems, planning and organising skills to manage documentation and communications with stakeholders
* Availability to work Saturday to Wednesday, including Public Holidays
